Passionate about Pinchos
And now also at 5pm every evening, Electric brings a new experience to Cork … “Pinchos”
Pinchos are Basque Tapas which fit perfectly with our House Wines, and are great for sharing with friends.

A typical snack of the Basque Country in Northern Spain, “pinchos” consist of small slices of bread on which an ingredient or mixture of ingredients is placed and fastened with a toothpick. This gives the food its name “pincho”, meaning “spike.” Pinchos are usually eaten as an appetizer accompanied by wine or beer.
